Rob Cowles

Rob Cowles has lived in Clark County for over 51 years and is excited when he hears about other people moving into the area. After all, he grew up and has raised his family here. His interests include fishing, hunting, exploring the outdoors and giving back to the community by coaching youth sports.

Rob and his wife, Katie, have been married for over 30 years, and have three children: 29 year old daughter, 25 year old son and a 21 year old daughter.

Throughout the years of living in Clark County, and watching the area develop, Rob knows the area inside and out. He is constantly educating himself on the local real estate market so that he can better serve all his clients.

When utilizing the latest technologies, market research and business strategies Rob brings knowledge that exceeds all expectations. More importantly, he listens and finds solutions that are tailored for you.

Overtime he has learned a great deal about the importance of communication, follow up and attention to detail in his over 31 years of business experience, 21 of which have been in Real Estate. Rob is a great negotiator and is always concerned about helping his clients pocket the most money possible at the end of the transaction.

He has the perspective that buying or selling a home can be one of the most important decisions that someone can make in their life. He takes it very seriously and makes it a point to put his clients at ease by making the transaction as smooth and as painless as possible. It's because of this that most of Rob's clients come from referrals — almost 100%!

Over the years, Rob has been training new agents in the local real estate industry. He has recently become the Director of the Mentorship Program for Windermere Northwest Living for all four offices. He oversees the mentors and holds them accountable to train new agents as they come aboard. His experience and longevity in the industry is what made him the perfect fit for the position.
